Meet Our Core Team

Andrei Damian

Andrei has over two decades of experience in the construction industry. He spent his initial years working to rebuild homes after a flood or fire. He advocated on behalf of the homeowner to ensure they got the most equitable settlement for their home after a disaster. He was a voice for those who felt belittled by their insurance companies. His passion for design and remodeling prompted him to take Stud Construction into the custom design and building domain. He has spent the last decade caring for homeowners, truly listening to what they want, and helping them turn their dreams into reality. He is passionate about always knowing the latest design trends and making sure that each project is his favorite one. In his spare time, you can find him spending time with his wife and three children. Andrei loves to go-kart with his kids, snowboard, mountain bike, and travel.

Radu Birle

Radu is a father, husband and a builder with 15 years of construction experience. You will most often find him doing field work, managing projects, and getting his hands dirty. He loves to play competitive sports, go fishing and camping, and most importantly spend time with family and friends. He is a graduate of Cal State University Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration. He always loves to start new projects but he’s most excited when he sees the client’s reaction when the keys are turned over and they see the finished result. Radu finds tremendous satisfaction in delivering joy to the homeowner.

Kurt Snyder

Kurt is our creative in-house designer. He’s the backbone of our design team and helps clients visualize their ideas. He is notorious for out-of-the-box concepts and finding design solutions for every situation. After graduating from college and working for a small architecture firm he realized he had a strong desire for the built environment. The major draw to a design/build construction firm is rooted in the desire to be intimately involved in the design/build process. He enjoys creating spaces which harness the innate beauty of contrast. Regardless of the material or spacial layout, Kurt believes contrast is a timeless and beautiful formula in design and seeks to employ it whenever possible. When not in the office, he can be found with his wife and three children, at church, or working on design projects.

As a proud family man, one of Jak’s favorite things to do is go to the beach, watch the sunset, and have gelato…in that specific order! He currently sits on the Alumni board at Northwestern University and donates time and resources to Rescue Freedom International.
